Dexter: Ionia County Magazine

On May 28, 1833, Mr. Samuel Dexter, arrived in what is now known as the city of Ionia.   He was accompanied by six other families as well as his own.

 

Mr. Dexter, one of the founding fathers of the Ionia County area, is the  inspiration for our name  "Dexter: Ionia County Magazine".
